Old Traditional European Christmas Faire

Following our highly successful first Christmas by the Lake we are proud to once again offer a unique opportunity to experience the enchanting atmosphere of an Old Fashionend Traditional European Christmas in Canada. Amidst the spectacular mountains and lake of the Slocan Valley you are invited to join us for our second Christmas by the Lake

Our Christmas village, set before Silverton’s historic gallery building, will offer the charm and romance of a European Christmas market with time-honored culinary delights, bannock, roasted chestnuts, hot chocolate and mulled wine. Adults and children alike will be enthralled when they stroll among the stalls selling quality crafts and view demonstrations of glass blowing, blacksmithing and ice sculpting by world-renowned gold-medalist sculptors.

There will be children’s events, visiting choirs,
writers and musicians to add to the attractions.
We are also very pleased to say that Father Christmas will be visiting us
to join in all the fun of the faire.
